Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated or cGMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production goals.
• Monitor production lines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and product quality.
• Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment according to established procedures.
• Assist with equipment improvements and basic part replacement alongside maintenance technicians.
• Rotate between production lines and packaging equipment to develop cross-functional skills.
• Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on continuous improvement.
