Job summary

Vista Manufacturing is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for a full-time, first-shift role on a four-day workweek schedule (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM). The Production Associate will support multiple areas of production while adhering to safety, quality, productivity, and delivery protocols.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Basic math skills are required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient use of quality inspection tools (calipers, gauges, tape measure).
• Ability to cross train for all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Pull needed supplies based on the job order.
• Assemble products manually and/or by machine.
• Check parts frequently per QC plan and specs.
• Prepare all products for shipping.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Ensure tools and equipment are clean and maintained.
• Cover breaks on extrusion line as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Support Vista Quality Objectives.
