New Chapter, Inc. in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a Production Associate to join a dedicated team. This four-day workweek (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) offers starting pay of $19.00 per hour and the chance to contribute to high-quality wellness products.

You will operate modern production equipment, help ensure quality, safety, and efficiency, and receive training and growth opportunities within a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience in a regulated or cGMP environment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production goals.
• Monitor production lines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and product quality.
• Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment according to established procedures.
• Assist with equipment improvements and basic part replacement with maintenance technicians.
• Rotate between production lines and packaging equipment to develop cross-functional skills.
• Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on continuous improvement.
