Plans a program of study that meets the needs, interests and abilities of individual students to ensure Success for Every Student.
Maintains classroom environment conducive to learning and safety.

Guides learning toward curriculum goals with clear objectives for lessons and units.
Assesses learning and behavioral needs; participates in IEP modifications as needed.
Maintains accurate records and follows RCSS policies.
Plans and supervises instructional assistants and volunteers.
