Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers lessons aligned to RCSS curriculum to meet student needs.
• Maintains accurate records and prepares required documentation.
• Monitors and evaluates student outcomes and uses data to guide instruction.
• Collaborates with administrators, teachers and parents to support student success.
• Manages classroom environment and enforces rules to ensure student safety.
• Plans and supervises instructional supports and aides as needed.
• Adapts instruction for students with disabilities and uses IEPs effectively.
