Qualifications

• CPR/AED, First Aid, Oxygen, and Bloodborne Pathogen training required within 60 days of employment.
• Child Abuse Prevention training required on/before the first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or small group personal training guided by safety and client goals.
• Create motivating, educational plans to help participants reach wellness targets.
• Maintain a welcoming, respectful environment for all members and participants.
• Track progress and communicate updates to members and staff.
• Assist with bringing wellness program information to members using available tools.
• Follow YMCA policies and procedures and respond to emergencies.
