BlueCare is seeking experienced Wellness Partners to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing through engaging, person‑centred wellness programs at our Bundaberg region facilities.
Under the Wellness Lead, you will deliver inclusive group and 1:1 activities, build respectful relationships with residents and families, and work with care staff, volunteers and home services teams to tailor programmes that promote independence, dignity and quality of life.

Under the leadership of the Wellness Lead, the Wellness Partner delivers engaging, inclusive and person‑centred wellness activities that support residents’ physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing. The role works directly with residents to understand their individual interests, cultural backgrounds and abilities, enabling meaningful participation that promotes independence, choice, dignity and quality of life in alignment with organisational expectations and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
