Job summary

Dickinson Center, Inc. in Ridgway, PA is seeking a full-time staff development role to support staff and leadership within the program. You will assist in training new staff and support the implementation of trauma-informed principles and practices, including staff debriefing.

This role also assists leadership in monitoring staff morale and in coordinating trainings, meetings and practices to ensure a supportive and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-4 years’ experience in a residential setting, including MH-IDD experience.
• Must be an agency driver or become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide additional support to staff and leadership within the program.
• Assist in training new staff and in supporting the implementation of trauma-informed principles and practices, including staff debriefing.
• Monitor staff morale and assist leadership in coordinating trainings, meetings and practices.
