Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a skilled Wellness Nurse to join our care team in Lone Tree, Colorado. This PRN role supports resident health with medication management, care plans, and nursing assessments in a senior living environment.

The ideal candidate holds LVN/LPN or RN license, has 2 years of senior living experience, and is proficient with electronic health records, CPR, and first aid. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN/LPN or RN license with active status.
• 2 years' experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Must complete all company training programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse in absence of leadership.
• Oversee medication management per regulations and policy.
• Ensure resident rooms and areas are clean and safe.
• Train care partners and aides on resident conditions.
• Document care in the electronic health record and complete assessments.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Prepare for emergencies and manage staffing per shift.
