Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Wellness Nurse to join our dedicated team in Colorado. The role involves servant leadership, serving as Charge Nurse when needed, and contributing to medication management and resident care with a focus on safety and professional service.

The ideal candidate holds an LVN/LPN or RN license, has experience in a senior living setting, and possesses First Aid/CPR certification. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Licensed nursing license (LVN/LPN or RN).
• 2+ years in a senior living environment preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nursing care and serve as Charge Nurse in absence of leadership.
• Manage medication orders, administration, storage and documentation per state and company policy.
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean and safe, and staff are trained.
• Document care in the electronic health record and complete assessments as needed.
• Prepare for emergencies and ensure adequate trained staff per shift.
