Maplewood Senior Living in Brewster, MA is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse LPN/RN to support the Resident Care team. You will supervise staff, assist with medications, and coordinate resident assessments to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires MA nursing licensure (LPN or RN), First Aid and CPR certification, and experience in assisted living or long-term care with a passion for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN or LPN licensed in Massachusetts.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience and passion working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resident Services Department associates, including C.N.A.’s.
• Assist in supervising the medication program and residents’ self-administration of medications.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Report significant incidents/changes to leadership.
• Assist in resident assessments and service planning.
• Support in scheduling and staffing Resident Services Assistants as needed.
• Provide coaching and orientation for new associates.
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings.
