Job summary

Maplewood Senior Living in Brewster is seeking a Wellness Nurse LPN/RN to support the Resident Services Director in delivering and coordinating resident care. You will supervise caregivers, assist with the medication program, and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians.

Qualifications

• Must be a RN or LPN licensed in MA.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resident Services Department staff, including CNAs.
• Assist in supervising the medication program and resident self-administration.
• Maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians.
• Report significant incidents or changes to leadership.
• Assist with resident assessments and service plans.
• Support in scheduling and staffing Resident Services staff as needed.
