Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Naperville, IL to support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance. The role involves wellness assessments, medication management and collaboration with families, physicians and care teams.

Ideal candidates have an active LPN/LVN license, 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical settings, and strong assessment, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
