Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Edmonds, WA seeks a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to monitor resident health, ensure safe medication practices, and support regulatory compliance. You will perform wellness assessments, assist with medication management, and collaborate with families and clinicians to maintain high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have an active LPN/LVN license, at least 1 year in senior living or clinical settings, and strong communication and documentation skills.
