Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance.

You will conduct wellness assessments, monitor health changes, support medication management, and audit MAR/TAR. Collaborate with families, physicians and care teams while ensuring documentation, incident monitoring, and adherence to regulations. Training and supporting the care team are included.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: 32.15 - 42.95
