Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Wellness Nurse (RN) to oversee resident health, support clinical systems and ensure high-quality, compliant care delivery.

You will conduct assessments, monitor health trends, coordinate care with families and physicians, and lead clinical training for staff in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. A valid RN license and experience in long-term care are required, with strong communication and leadership skills valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience in assisted living, hospital or long‑term care.
• Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
