We are looking for a contingent nurse for our night shift 7p-7a.

Position Details:

As an RN or LPN at our community, you'll assist with the delivery of personal care services to residents, following regulatory requirements. You will help maintain a physical, social, and psychological environment conducive to residents' welfare.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed RN/LPN in good standing with State Licensing Authority
• Previous RN/LPN experience in Assisted Living preferred
• Knowledge of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing
• Previous supervisory or management experience in healthcare
• Ability to supervise staff using independent judgment and discretion
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, community, and officials
• Compassion and desire to work with the elderly
• Teamwork and individual responsibility
• Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability
• Strong documentation skills
• Memory care experience required
• Ability to monitor resident health and ensure safe care delivery
• Valid driver's license
• Must meet health and background check requirements
