Job summary

Copper Aesthetics in Michigan is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead and grow our wellness program, focusing on hormone optimization, weight management, peptides, longevity, and preventative care.

You will conduct comprehensive consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, order and interpret labs, perform procedures, and educate patients, building strong relationships and delivering an elevated clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Michigan NP license and prescriptive authority.
• Experience or strong interest in hormone therapy, weight management, peptides, longevity or preventative wellness.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.
• Experience performing procedures and laboratory draws.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical direction and growth of Copper Aesthetics’ wellness program.
• Guide patients through personalized health journeys focused on hormone optimization, weight management, peptides, longevity, and preventative wellness.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical histories, physical examinations, and health assessments.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and labs.
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care, including ordering/interpreting labs and performing procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment options, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies for long-term health.
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver an elevated clinical experience.
• Stay current with emerging research and innovations in wellness and preventive medicine.
• Help shape and expand the wellness program with new services and patient experiences.
