Copper Aesthetics is seeking a Wellness Nurse Practitioner to lead and grow the wellness program in Traverse City, MI. You will guide patients through personalized health journeys from hormone optimization to preventive wellness and longevity, delivering an elevated clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Active license in the State of Michigan.
• Prescriptive authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Experience or interest in hormone therapy, weight management, peptides, longevity, or preventative wellness.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment‑planning skills.
• Experience performing procedures and laboratory draws.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Warm, professional, patient‑centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Desire to stay current with advances in wellness and personalized healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical direction and growth of Copper Aesthetics’ wellness program.
• Guide patients through personalized health journeys focusing on hormone optimization, weight management, peptide therapies, longevity, and preventative wellness.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, medical histories, physical examinations, and health assessments.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and labs.
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care, including ordering/interpret labs and performing procedures.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment options, medications, lifestyle modifications, nutrition.
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver an elevated clinical experience.
• Stay current with research and innovations in wellness, longevity, and preventive medicine.
• Help shape and expand the wellness program with new services and protocols.
