The Wellness Nurse at Spectrum Retirement Communities provides ongoing clinical monitoring and support to residents, assisting with nursing staff and medication personnel to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care. The Wellness Nurse supports the health and well-being of residents through ongoing clinical monitoring and support, provides assistance to community nurses, caregivers, and medication personnel to help ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
