Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for Vitalia Mentor in Mentor, OH. The role covers hands-on nursing care, medication passes, and supervision of the Wellness team on a 7am–7pm shift, Tue/Sat and Tue/Thu/Fri in a rotating schedule.

We require an active LPN or RN license, the ability to read and communicate in English, and a positive attitude toward residents. Benefits include 401(k) match, health/dental/vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Direct hands-on nursing care and medication passes as needed.
• Thorough knowledge of care standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Superior Supervisor: oversee building in absence of department heads and lead the Wellness team.
• Force on the Floor: assist with call lights and requests with urgency to put residents first.
• Diligent Documenter: maintain accurate resident assessments and medical records.
