Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of resident admission process including screening and assessments.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Maintain knowledge of state regulations and facility policies.
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in the resident care plan.
• Respond to emergencies per community policies.
