Cogir Senior Living is seeking a devoted Wellness Nurse (LPN) to safeguard resident health, perform assessments, manage medications, and coordinate with the care team. You will train staff, supervise shifts, and uphold care standards in a supportive environment.

The role requires an active LPN license, an associate degree or higher preferred, and strong teamwork and communication skills to deliver dignity and excellent care.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license is required.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher preferred; experience may substitute.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and reassessments; monitor changes in condition.
• Coordinate with Health and Wellness Director to ensure quality services.
• Participate in hands-on care, medication administration, and nursing tasks as needed.
• Schedule shifts for caregiving and med tech staff; ensure adequate coverage.
