Aegis Living Greenwood is seeking a Wellness Nurse to provide quality care for residents in a Seattle community.

The role offers consistent hours with a daytime schedule (including a 12pm–8:30pm shift), opportunities for growth in nursing leadership, and comprehensive benefits including 401k and health coverage.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN License active and in good standing.
• Desire to work with seniors and provide quality care.
• Outstanding communication skills for families and physicians.
• Willingness to undergo 2-step TB test.

Responsibilities

• Wound care and general nursing tasks.
• Medication management and administration.
• Provide nursing services to residents.
• Communicate care plans with families and physicians.
• Conduct fall risk, skin, pain, and other assessments.
• Hands-on nursing care on the floor.
• Coordinate resident care with families and physicians.
• Audit eMARS and med cart.
• Participate in training of care staff.

The Wellness Nurse is an integral member of our nursing team, contributing health care expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for our residents. Our Nurses will provide clinical expertise to our senior residents with ongoing assessments and monitoring the health and wellbeing of our residents.

Aegis Living Greenwood is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Seattle. Our nurses are supported by a team of Caregivers, Medication Technicians, and our Health Services Director.

Schedule

• Full-time, 12pm-8:30pm

Qualifications
