The Wellness Director oversees the health services department, coordinates staff, and ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. This role focuses on improving residents' quality of life and delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Able to pass background check.

GenCare Lifestyle @ Scriber Gardens in Lynnwood is a Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. We have an immediate opening for a full-time LPN or RN / Wellness Director. MUST HAVE A NURSING DEGREE and experience in Assisted Living to be considered for this position.

The Wellness Director is responsible for the daily coordination and oversight of all aspects of the health services department in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations.

Duties include:
