Job summary

Legacy House of Southern Hills is seeking a compassionate Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) to support health and wellness for residents in assisted living and memory care.

You will monitor chronic conditions, conduct health assessments, communicate with families and providers, oversee medications, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada LPN or RN license.
• Experience in patient care or senior living preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
