The role requires at least one year of retail experience and familiarity with natural foods, with a focus on independent work and adaptability in a dynamic co-op setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year’s experience in a retail environment.
• Minimum of one year’s experience and familiarity with natural foods and products.
• Supports the co-op’s core values and aligns with the Co-op Code of Conduct.
• Adapts readily based on evolving co-op needs or feedback.
• Maintains composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provides attentive, prompt, and friendly service to all customers.
• Maintains customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the co-op.
• Maintains knowledge of products, sales, and promotions.
• Ensures inventory is stored, stocked, and rotated according to procedures.
• Handles products in a safe, sanitary, and conscientious manner.
• Completes shrink log as needed.
• Ensures displays, signage, and tags are accurate.
• Installs new product displays as needed.
• Participates in maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Adheres to all workplace safety and security policies.
• Participates in resets and sale changeovers.
• Participates in meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
