Heights Wellness Retreat is seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to guide guests through personalized membership paths and wellness services. This role emphasizes relationship-building, empathy, and expert communication to present tailored options and close memberships.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with commission opportunities. Flexible scheduling with 4–8 hour shifts; full and part-time positions; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
• Previous membership sales experience required.
• Strong ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.
• Proficient with basic computer software; quick to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially for resolving customer conflicts.
• Thrives in collaborative team settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
• Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
• Support daily retreat operations including check-in, transitions, and front desk excellence.
• Contact leads to book repeat appointments and services.
• Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
• Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.
