Stretch Zone Miami Beach is hiring confident, outgoing membership consultants to join our studios in North Beach and South Beach. You’ll conduct first-time stretch experiences, suggest membership programs, and deliver Stretch Zone Method sessions while building lasting client relationships.

Excellent communication with clients and prospects.
Ability to sell membership-based services.
Performance-driven with commission earnings.
Experience in commission-based sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct first-time stretch experiences and wellness consultations.
Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals.
Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®.
Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach.
Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals.
Participate in community events and wellness activations.
Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals.
Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment.
