Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest is seeking a punctual, reliable, and friendly team member to greet guests and drive memberships in a fast-paced wellness setting. You will manage warm leads in our sales CRM, handle appointment bookings, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends, totaling about 15-20 hours per week. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Friendly disposition and can-do attitude are essential.
• Willing to learn about business operations in wellness space.

Responsibilities

• Clean studio and sauna rooms between guests.
• Sell memberships and earn commissions.
• Greet customers by name with a smile.
• Call and text warm leads in the sales CRM (10+ calls per shift).
• Manage appointments using MindBody software (experience a plus).
