Perspire Sauna Studio in Southlake, TX is seeking a member service team member to sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere while delivering exceptional service in a wellness‑focused studio.

No sales experience is required but we provide comprehensive training. Benefits include a flexible schedule, open door policy, and a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement. You’ll use our CRM to reach leads, conduct studio tours, and book follow-up appointments.

• Morning and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Engage with clients in regard to interests and goals. Recommending services from there.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
