Stretch Wellness Professionals in Miami Beach seeks energetic Stretch Practitioners to deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®. Roles can be Part-Time or Full-Time with hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, reflecting performance. Ideal for those with fitness or wellness background and strong client interaction skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility is advantageous.
• Ability to explain and sell membership-based services.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing/walking tasks.
• Reliable private vehicle required for commuting.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach.
• Support studio operations with client account support services.
• Participate in community events and wellness activations.
• Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment.
• Contribute to a positive culture.
