Job summary

Elements Massage Newburyport seeks a Wellness Membership Advisor to warmly welcome clients, manage front-desk duties, and support studio operations with a professional, caring approach.

You will educate clients about the Elements Wellness Program, handle check-ins, scheduling, and payments, and collaborate with therapists to create a smooth, supportive studio environment. This role offers growth within a five-studio family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to guide clients
• Comfort with phone communications and front-desk interactions
• Ability to handle scheduling, payments, and administrative tasks
• Sales mindset with a focus on membership programs
• Collaborative teammate with therapists and leadership

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, welcoming experience for every client—every visit
• Educate clients on the Elements Wellness Program, a no-pressure membership designed to support consistent self-care
• Be the friendly voice on the phone and the warm face at the front desk
• Manage client check-ins, scheduling, paperwork, and payments with accuracy and care
• Collaborate closely with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Leadership to create a smooth, supportive studio environment
