Job summary

WellBiz Brands, Inc. in Spokane Valley seeks a Wellness Membership Advisor to greet clients, manage scheduling and check-ins, and guide visitors into our Elements Wellness Program with a relationship-based sales approach.

You’ll support daily front-desk operations, keep the studio running smoothly and on-brand, and contribute to a friendly, professional environment. Prior retail or spa/hospitality experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to learn scheduling software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the front desk and manage daily scheduling & check-ins.
• Guide visitors into the Elements Wellness Program using a relationship-based sales approach.
• Maintain a clean, on-brand studio and support therapists with front-desk operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, welcoming client experience.
