Elements Massage in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Wellness Membership Advisor to greet clients, manage scheduling and check-ins, and guide visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a relationship-focused sales process. You will help keep the studio running smoothly and ensure a welcoming, on-brand experience.

You will support therapists by handling daily operations, staying organized, and maintaining a clean, inviting space.

Qualifications

• Natural connector with strong rapport-building and active listening.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented, with ability to convert interest into memberships.
• Service-minded, delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Organized and tech-savvy, comfortable with scheduling software and MS Office.
• Flexible, available for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• As the Wellness Membership Advisor, greet clients at the front desk and manage scheduling and check-ins.
• Guide new visitors into the Elements Wellness Program through a relationship-focused sales process.
• Handle daily studio operations so therapists can focus on their work, while keeping the space clean and on-brand.
• Support a calm, professional environment and assist teammates as needed.
• Use the Service Path tools to connect with clients and drive membership growth.
