Job summary

Serotonin Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician to lead BHRT and weight-management programs, delivering personalized, evidence-based care. The role emphasizes patient education, long-term engagement, and a holistic wellness approach.

You will perform BHRT pellet insertions, manage therapies, and collaborate with Health Coaches to optimize outcomes across aesthetics, IV therapy, and functional wellness.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of BHRT experience strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to perform hormone pellet insertion essential.
• Experience in women's/men's health, hormone optimization, anti-aging, longevity, functional wellness, or aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations, medical evaluations, diagnoses, and follow-up appointments.
• Develop and present individualized treatment and wellness plans based on goals, labs, medical history, and clinical needs.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, expectations, costs, and next steps.
• Prescribe and manage Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy when appropriate.
• Perform BHRT hormone pellet insertion as a core responsibility.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with Health Coaches to support weight-management and lifestyle programs.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in the EMR.
