Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist with COMPTA accreditation or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between Performance locations.
• Flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, client-centered massage therapy services.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, trainers, and wellness professionals.
• Educate clients on massage therapy as part of health and performance goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional, welcoming environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care strategies.
• Stay up to date with latest massage techniques.
