Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold department standards for customer service, cleanliness, sanitation, team relations, and profitability.
• Build a friendly, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers and leading by example.
• Assist customers with locating products and large purchases; provide helpful service on each visit.
• Stay current on wellness trends and educate customers with informed recommendations.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff; handle performance matters.
