Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold department standards for customer service, cleanliness, sanitation, team relations, and profitability.
• Build a friendly, welcoming atmosphere by encouraging your team to greet and engage with customers and leading by example.
• Assist customers with finding products and questions, and ensure a great shopping visit.
• Stay current on wellness trends and educate customers with helpful recommendations.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate department employees; handle disciplinary matters as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling and department goals with store leadership.
• Oversee ordering, replenishment, pricing, and product rotation, including expiration checks.
• Analyze weekly/monthly sales trends and plan promotions and displays.
• Maintain sanitation guidelines and dress code compliance.
• Operate the cash register and report discrepancies.
