Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of retail experience including Service Manager duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and going the extra mile to make every visit positive.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees across departments; ensure customer service, employee relations, and profitability standards.
• Oversee training, handle employee issues, and coordinate disciplinary procedures as needed.
• Determine ad/promotional displays locations and ensure product quality and quantities meet demand.
• Assist in forecasting and reviewing store labor schedules within manager guidelines.
• Oversee building/grounds maintenance and store sanitation to meet guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with store accounting procedures and report problems.
• Recruit and interview applicants and assist with orientations.
• Handle cash registers and inter-store transfers as needed.
• Stay current on market trends, new products, equipment, and merchandising techniques.
