Monarch Communities in Haddonfield, NJ is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of the Health and Wellness Director. The role emphasizes holistic wellness and supervising day-to-day nursing activities by care staff.

The position offers a pay rate of $32.00-$34.00 per hour, with opportunities for education and growth within a supportive environment and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with current LPN license.
• At least 2 years’ experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s or other related dementias.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage care staff supervision.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices applicable to health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the health, safety, and well-being of all residents.
• Assists in training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policies.
• Maintains clinical quality assurance per federal, state, and local standards.
• Promote the mission of the company while delivering high-quality resident service.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
