Job summary

Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is seeking a part-time Wellness Instructor to lead yoga, meditation, water yoga, and related classes for guests. You will provide one-on-one training, share information on activities, and ensure safety and high standards in all wellness spaces.

The role requires current yoga/personal training/group exercise certifications and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Professionalism and strong guest relations are essential in this guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current certification in yoga, personal training, or group exercise instruction and/or other wellness specializations.
• 2+ years' experience teaching wellness activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group instruction classes for guests of all ages (yoga, meditation, stretch, water yoga, etc.).
• Provide information on resort activities and local area options to guests.
• Be the primary source of information on available classes and procedures for guest comfort.
• Provide one-on-one training to guests.
• Teach proper body alignment and safety to maximize benefit.
• Prepare and maintain wellness facilities in a clean, ready state.
• Ensure safety at all times during activities and at the resort.
• Maintain guest rosters and waiver policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and follow procedures when needed.
• Resolve guest challenges following standards of conduct.
• Maintain professionalism with guests, staff, and managers.
• Keep workspace clean and presentable; uphold standards.
• Participate in ongoing learning and stay updated on programs and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
