Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Registered Nurse (RN) for Spring House Estates in Lower Gwynedd, PA. This per diem role focuses on delivering personalized, one-on-one care to residents with chronic conditions and post-operative needs, while ensuring safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include medication management, vital signs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in acute care or home health.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment).
• If transporting a resident, must have a valid state driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Nursing

Pay Range

$27.81 - $33.99 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
