Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a compassionate Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA) to deliver direct, hands-on care to residents across levels of care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and report changes to supervisors to support proactive, personalized care.

Requirements include a certified CNA program, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license if transporting residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved CNA program or equivalent training to meet state requirements.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months).
• If transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.).
• Prioritize resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes promptly to the supervisor.
• Support proactive and personalized care through timely communication.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Provider (CNA)position.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents within all levels of care. Provides direct, hands‑on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well‑being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program; or equivalent verifiable training and experience that meets all applicable state requirements
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance

Pay Range

$17.28 - $21.58 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
