Qualifications

• Must be in good academic standing with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Must be enrolled as a degree seeking student with a minimum of 6 credits in the current or upcoming semester at Nevada State.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship (Nevada State does not sponsor employment-related visas).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Food Pantry & Snack Box Operations: Restock and organize the main food pantry, mini-pantry, and campus snack box locations; monitor inventory levels; assist with food deliveries and donations; keep pantry spaces clean and welcoming.
• Inventory & Data Support: Track inventory and usage; assist with data entry related to pantry distribution; maintain organized storage and labeling.
• Confidentiality & Student Support: Greet students respectfully; provide basic information about Student Wellness services; maintain confidentiality.
• Outreach & Engagement Support: Support awareness efforts and tabling events related to food security; assist with other Student Wellness initiatives.
• Training & Development: Participate in initial and ongoing training related to student wellness and campus resources.
• General Office Support: Light admin tasks; answer phones and route inquiries.
