Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a qualified Fitness Instructor to oversee fitness activities at the Del E. Webb Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. The instructor will be responsible for guiding members in proper exercise techniques and designing tailored fitness programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the wellness/fitness industry, a High School diploma or GED, and current CPR certification. This position demands strong communication skills and the ability to motivate clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience within the wellness/fitness industry.
• American Heart Association HeartSaver CPR/AED or BLS certification required.
• Speaks clearly and articulates instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Instructs members on proper use of exercise equipment.
• Designs exercise programs based on members’ abilities and goals.
• Monitors members' workouts for consistency and safety.
