Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Wellness Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Briggs and Whitaker Wellness Centers, ensuring preventive maintenance of fitness equipment, pools, spas, and cleaning services. Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping, custodial or facility maintenance in a health club or spa/pool preferred.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Aquatic maintenance experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of Briggs and Whitaker Wellness Centers, incl. fitness equipment, pools and spas.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and track work orders for timely completion.
• Supervise cleaning, janitorial, and contracted service teams facility-wide.
• Enforce etiquette and policies in locker rooms and common areas.
• Develop and monitor maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Act as a liaison between facilities and wellness management.
