Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in spa, luxury hospitality, fitness, or facilities operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and environmental health & safety compliance.
• Lead the Wellness Attendant team in operational excellence.
