The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Patient Experience & Sales Coordinator in Austin, Texas. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and managing front office operations to enhance patient experience.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, preferably with sales experience, and possess strong multitasking skills. The compensation starts at $16 per hour with additional performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently.
