Job summary

HOMETOWN Health Center is seeking a Wellness and Member Experience Coordinator in Palmyra, ME. You will deliver exceptional member experiences, manage daily Wellness Center operations, and provide fitness services including orientations, assessments, and group classes.

You will work across multiple wellness areas to promote engagement, facilitate programming, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment aligned with our health, wellness, and community mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR certification required or obtained after hire.
• Preferred: Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in wellness, fitness, or customer-focused settings.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with members and guests; support program engagement.
• Manage front desk operations, enrollment, registration, and CRM use.
• Conduct member orientations, fitness assessments, and coaching sessions.
• Plan and lead group fitness classes and wellness programs.
